HE CAME TO FULFILL - BURIAL, RESURRECTION, AND ASCENSION: ASCENSION OF MESSIAH

Elijah was taken up into heaven by fire chariots. This was a representation of the Messiah's ascension. Yeshua did ascend after He released the Holy Spirit as mentioned in Luke 21: 49-51 (NIV). 

Elijah being taken up into the air was a prophetic act foreshadowing the messiah's ascension. Many times God may speak to us through prophetic acts or images as He spoke through Ezekiel to Israel. Abba is not confined by human understanding. He can speak to us in different ways. Now I believe He speaks in ways He already has. So stay rooted in the word of God.
