HE CAME TO FULFILL - BURIAL, RESURRECTION, AND ASCENSION: GIFTS RECEIVED

Upon ascension, Messiah was to take to Heaven many captives and receive gifts. Tributes to be more precise. When Yeshua rose from the dead and ascended to heaven, He triumphed over the spiritual powers of sin and death as mentioned in Ephesians 4: 8-10 (NIV). 

Yeshua received all authority on Earth and in Heaven. To Him now belong all the nations and the obedience of all people.

In ancient times, a victorious king received tribute from his enemies, which he eventually distributed among his citizens. Yeshua did so too. He has bestowed spiritual gifts and authority to all who believe in Him. What gifts did He bestow upon you?
