HE CAME TO FULFILL - BURIAL, RESURRECTION, ASCENSION: WITH THE RICH AT HIS DEATH

Messiah will be buried in a rich man’s grave. Yeshua came from a city called Nazareth. According to many accounts, he was considered poor, although some nowadays disagree. His upbringing was mentioned only on a few accounts. Among them was the sacrifice of two doves by his parents, designated for poor Jewish families.

One thing is for sure though; when crucified He was counted among the rich and buried in a rich man’s tomb as explained in Matthew 27: 57-60 (NIV). 

Only the worst of criminals were crucified, and they were never allowed to be buried in a rich man’s tomb. And yet for Yeshua it was made as an exception. Though by the accounts of the world He was forsaken, still He was buried inside a rich man’s grave. 

All of himself He gave to us, and in heaven ended up the richest of them all. Let us build our riches in Heaven through righteous acts here on earth. Even if people can not repay us, let Abba repay us.
