HE CAME TO FULFILL - COMMISSIONING AND MINISTRY: BREAD AND WINE

The last supper foreshadowed the arrival of the Messiah. At the last supper Yeshua broke bread and poured wine for His disciples as described in Matthew 26: 26-29 (NIV). In so He fulfilled the prophetic act of Melchizedek when He brought wine and bread to a victorious Abraham.

He gave His disciples bread (His body) and wine (His blood). The first is for healing and restoration, the other for forgiveness. He provided us with what we truly needed. We need both to walk in God’s grace and empowerment to do the good deeds and fulfill our destiny.
Regular communion is advised. It commemorates the last supper but also reinforces our blood covenant, which we are in with God. Through it, all we need is provided for us in order to accomplish our destinies.
