HE CAME TO FULFILL - COMMISSIONING AND MINISTRY: HE SHALL SPRINKLE MANY NATIONS

The nations shall be surprised by the gospel message of the Messiah. It will not be what they expect to hear. 

Yeshua’s message was spread through all the earth to the astonishment of many as written in Romans 15: 18-19 (NIV). 

In Hebrew, the word for "sprinkle" is yazzeh. Some suggest that the word also carries an undertone of surprise and astonishment. The nations were surprised and startled by the gospel of Jesus. It spread so quickly, and signs, miracles, and wonders accompanied it. 

So many chose to be converted in such a short period of time that surely that was a miracle all in itself. And the message of resurrection back to life astounded all. It is hard to believe, and some choose to remain in denial or ignorance to this day. 

But by the foolish things Abba confounds the wise. Truly, we serve an upside-down Kingdom. Even though the spread of the message faced opposition, it could not be prevented. It was divine will. No one could prevent it. When they killed one of the leaders, many more showed up in his stead. A starfish syndrome, where even if one tentacle is cut off, many more spring forth.
