HE CAME TO FULFILL - LATTER DAYS AND SECOND COMING: ANTICIPATED

The first and second arrivals were both going to be highly anticipated. When Yeshua was born, it was revealed to us that Simeon the Priest at the temple anticipated His arrival. Upon laying eyes on the newborn Savior, He praised the Lord for His amazing Grace as is accounted in Luke 2: 25-32 (NIV). 

Sadly, the first arrival, though anticipated by some, went heavily unnoticed by others. They were expecting a warrior who would lead them into war. They were in denial when it turned out to be Yeshua, a man calling them to peace with the Romans. A man calling them to submit and choose to turn the other cheek. 

He was showing them the true way of living. He was showing them the only way man could coexist – through love, patience and compassion. If all would do so, there would be no more war. As a result, Messiah Yeshua was rejected and crucified. 

The second coming will be better received. He will be received as the promised Savior. Finally, their hearts will turn towards their Lord again.
