HE CAME TO FULFILL - PERSECUTION: AN ALIEN TO HIS MOTHER'S CHILDREN

It was prophesied that the Messiah would come to His own people, yet they would not receive Him. Instead, they were to mock Him, persecute Him, and reject Him.
By His people, Yeshua was rejected and killed. Though the world was made through Him, it did not recognize Him as written in John 1: 10-12 (NIV).

Rejection was something Yeshua was very familiar with. He bore it on His skin for us. Even though He was the King above all Kings, the love, peace, and source of all good, His people did not recognize Him.
He was an alien to His mother’s children. His mother was human, while His Father is the Creator of all. Even His own half-brothers did not believe in Him or His ministry. He was unrecognizable in character to them.
They could not perceive or see what He could see. They could not hear what He heard, for the Holy Spirit was not yet in them. They initially rejected Him, though some had a change of heart. All those who reject Him will sadly not enter the Kingdom of the Most High.
But those who receive Him will never lose their reward, for He will surely bring all who He has called to the finish line.
