HE CAME TO FULFILL - PERSECUTION: ANGUISH

Messiah felt intense anguish before the crucifixion. In the garden of Gethsemane, Yeshua felt great distress right before He was arrested. He even asked Peter and Zebedee to watch with Him and be prayerful. Yet they fell asleep.
He felt such stress that he even sweated blood while praying the famous prayer as mentioned in Matthew 26: 36-45 NIV).

Before her hour, a pregnant woman feels nothing but sadness, but once she holds her baby in her hands, she feels nothing but joy.
Yeshua felt the same. He was wishing the cup would pass Him by, just as we have desired our storms would go away. But He still chose to submit to God’s ways. He understood what needed to be done and willingly released His will to Abba.
When in anguish, turn to prayer as Yeshua did. Let His presence and the presence of His angels encourage you. Trust Him and the process. Somethin' amazing, He is birthing through you. And if you only persist a little longer, you shall see it.
