HE CAME TO FULFILL - TRIAL AND CRUCIFIXION: INIQUITY OF US ALL

The Lord was to put upon the Messiah the iniquity of all mankind. On Yeshua’s shoulders our iniquities were put, as mentioned in John 2: 2 (NIV).

The Hebrew word for iniquity is Avon. It means to bend, twist, distort. So it is the bending, twisting, or distorting of the Word of God. It is in all senses lawlessness. How many times have we believed we knew better? Stubbornly, we stuck to our truth even after we were proven wrong.
Remaining in lawlessness is extremely dangerous. Some would say even more so than being judgmental. Yeshua never abolished the law; He came to fulfill it. He came to fulfill all the prophetic images. If He was without sin, which means He did not transgress against the Law, then are we as His followers not called to abide by the Law too? I believe we are to abide by the divine law established on that fateful day.
The church is getting prepared, and more and more people are realizing they need to be removed from the world, yet be in it at the same time. Many have felt the pull and I believe it is part of something amazing yet to be seen. So let the Lord separate us from the world to become the vessels of His glory.
