HE CAME TO FULFILL - TRIAL AND CRUCIFIXION: WOUNDED FOR OUR TRANSGRESSIONS

The Messiah was to suffer for the sins of all mankind. He was to die for the transgressions of men. On the cross, Yeshua suffered immense pain for our sake. He was crucified not for His sins but rather for ours. 

He died for us all. Took upon Himself the penalty of our sins. Now we are free of having to pay that penalty with our own life. Now we get to experience eternal life with Him. 

Such an amazingly selfless deed. Selfless was Yeshua. And selflessness is what He taught. Love is patient and kind, it is not in any way self-seeking … It does not keep score. Let us be like that – selfless. Let us choose to put God and others before ourselves. It will be a journey, though. Be merciful with yourself if ever you fail.
