HE CAME TO FULFILL - LATTER DAYS AND SECOND COMING: ZION – THE LORD'S DWELLING PLACE

Messiah was to rule in Jerusalem, be a descendant of David, and flourish forever. And so will Zion. Yeshua is coming once more to rule over Jerusalem as the rightful heir to the Throne of David. Once established, His Kingdom will never end, as mentioned in Luke 1: 30-33 (NIV).

Zion - the dwelling place of God. He picked this place when David was still King. I believe He might have picked it because it was named after David. And also He chose David’s House as the House that would rule forever. Genealogies mattered to the Jews, and Yeshua was able to prove His full genealogy. It was possible to prove He was a descendant of David, Jacob, and Abraham. Which is rather unbelievable considering the Jews were in captivity for a long time. But God provided a clear genealogy. Just another sign of His sovereign power. Truly, when we allow Abba to take care of something, we are leaving it in the best set of hands. Before you know it, it will turn out even better than imagined.
