HE CAME TO FULFILL - COMMISIONING AND MINISTRY: ANOINTED WITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD

Messiah was destined to be anointed with the Spirit of the Sovereign Lord. He was to be anointed to proclaim the good news and set the prisoners free. In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit came upon people, and they were able to do supernatural things. But with Yeshua, that changed. He was the seed of God. The Holy Spirit came upon Him and dwelt within Him.

As with Yeshua, now the Helper - the Holy Spirit - has been sent to dwell on the inside of us.  He guides us to pick the right paths, to pick good instead of evil. Also, He empowers us to do supernatural deeds. He qualifies us to receive gifts that empower us to do signs, wonders, and miracles. He qualifies us. Not our deeds, not our righteousness, nor our perfection. It is all by His grace.
