HE CAME TO FULFILL - COMMISIONING AND MINISTRY: GOD'S GOODNESS

Goodness is a unique character of Yahweh. This goodness was to be the character of the Messiah. He was to show us the character of Yahweh through His good deeds. So it was fulfilled through Yeshua, as seen in Acts 10: 38 (NIV).

Yeshua did good deeds that showed us the character of God. And when we partner with Him, we too manage to do good deeds that showcase to the world God’s goodness. When the sons of Zebedee asked if they should call forth fire from Heaven on the Samaritan town, Yeshua said, »You do not know of what Spirit you are?« 

The Holy Spirit now dwells inside us. We are no longer as we were; we are a new creation—cleansed, delivered, healed, and victorious already. No longer are our past mistakes counted against us. We are forgiven and set free—all because of His goodness, which we now showcase to the rest of the world. And in so doing, we continue on with the good works of the Messiah and fulfill our destiny.
