Messiah was to be praised. And by children and infants to boot. Their innocence was to recognize the Creator of all. And worship, praise, and exalt Him they will.
When Yeshua entered into Jerusalem children shouted Hosanna, Hosanna as mentioned in Matthew 21: 15-16 (NIV).

Hosanna is an expression of praise and adoration. Yeshua was praiseworthy and adoration worthy. And the children knew it, for they were pure of heart.
Hosanna is not only a joyous shout of praise and adoration, though. It is also a deep cry for help. Children and people shouting Hosanna to Yeshua clearly signaled to all that they recognized and saw Him as their Savior. (1)
Yeshua said we will need to become like children to enter the kingdom of God. That we will need to learn to trust Him like little children. Casting away all fear and coming with our Father on this grand adventure called life, and relying on Him like children rely on their earthly parents. And He is trustworthy to do well, for He has great plans for us. Better than the ones we have.
