HE CAME TO FULFILL - COMMISSIONING AND MINISTRY: LIKE SHEEP GONE ASTRAY

All the world was lost and separated from God. All were, and some still are, wandering about doing their own thing like sheep gone astray, seeking merely their own interest and gain, completely disconnected from the truth and love of the Lord Messiah. 

But He brought us back to God. Turned our hearts back upward, or rather inward towards the One who created all. As a good shepherd leads His sheep and keeps them, so Yeshua became THE SHEPHERD of all who diligently seek Him, writes John in His gospel in chapter 10, verse 14 (NIV). 

Sheep often get lost, and they often go astray. Men are no different. So many times we believe we know our next step to take, only to realize down the road, we made a wrong turn. We stepped away from God and entered into territory we are not equipped to thrive in. But even if we have made a wrong turn, God can get us back on track. 

He will go after us and leave behind the 99, just to bring us back home. When we are with Him, we are now redeemed back to God. And who can now separate us from His love? No one. Who can be against us when we have the Creator of all with us? Our victory is secured already, so pick yourself off the floor and dust yourself off. Abba is not yet done with you or me.
