HE CAME TO FULFILL - COMMISSIONING AND MINISTRY: TRUE PROPHET OF GOD

Prophets represent God to the people, as claims Prophet and Evangelist James Goll in His book Praying with God’s Heart. He also says further that, “A prophetic message is authentically prophetic only if it comes from the Heart of God, magnifies the Lord Jesus Christ and challenges hearers to greater obedience to God’s commands.” (1)

Messiah was to be a true prophet of God. One so in tune with God’s Heart that every single one of His prophecies would come to pass. And not only that, He was also to fulfill the true prophecies of former great prophets, the likes of Isaiah, Jeremiah, and so on. Yeshua was the true fulfillment of that. The people of Israel recognized Him as such, as stated in John 7: 40-52 (NIV). 

The words God speaks through His true prophets never fail. What He speaks comes to life. His Word, His breath is life itself. All that He said concerning the Messiah came to pass or will. It shall be no different with the promises and words He has given to you. None of them will return to Him unfulfilled.
