HE CAME TO FULFILL - NATIVITY: OUT OF BETHLEHEM EPHRATHAH

PROPHECY 14

It was Bethlehem that Yahweh chose as the place of birth for the Messiah. It was not a mere coincidence. Bethlehem, also known as the “City of Bread”, happened to be the place where THE MANGER resided. Contrary to the popular belief that the Messiah was born in just a random, mere manger, there happened to be only one MANGER in Bethlehem. It resided in Migdal Eder, a watchtower located in the northern part of Bethlehem. The manger was built to protect the Temple flocks. There, the lambs specially raised for the PASSOVER were born each year. They were born in a ceremonially clean environment to remain clean and without blemish. (1, 2)

Mary, the mother of Yeshua gave birth there too as mentioned in Matthew 2: 1-2 (NIV).

FULFILLMENT 14

This was divinely orchestrated so that Yeshua would remain without blemish. It was done so that His birth would commence at a ceremonially clean place. He is THE SACRIFICAL LAMB that takes away the sins of all. His body was broken so that sin would be defeated and we would receive eternal life and be forgiven. Now we can fulfill the destiny we have been given.
