HE CAME TO FULFILL - NATIVITY: THE BODY OF MESSIAH

Yahweh cared not for the sacrifices and offerings of the Jews anymore. For they sacrificed and offered not in heart and spirit but merely as an outward act of obedience. Inwardly, though they were still full of sin, disobedience, and rebellion. And as quickly as they asked for redemption, they also fell right back into sin. They worshipped Yahweh only with their lips but not in spirit and truth. Not with their heart. (1)
And so Messiah’s body was prepared as Hebrews 10: 5-9 (NIV) confirms. He was to take the place of all the offerings and sacrifices. His body was sacrificed as the ULTIMATE SACRIFICE once and for all. (1)

Total obedience, even unto death, was required to secure this sacrifice. His body was broken so that we could be forgiven and have eternal life. Now, all who are in Christ represent His body. Some are the ears, some the heart, and some the eyes, depending on the gifts we have been given, assigned to do different things.
What part are you representing?
